1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

-You will not use our products for unlawful purposes.
-You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
We source our products from third-party suppliers located in China, and product images, colors, or packaging may vary slightly from how they appear online.
We do not guarantee that:
-Your device’s display of colors is accurate
-The product will meet your personal expectations
However, we ensure that products meet the functional descriptions listed on our website.
3. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Time
-USA orders: 7–10 business days
Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics delays, customs issues, or high-volume periods.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that international shipping from China may experience unforeseen delays.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
By purchasing from our store, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
5. REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is governed by the capabilities of our fulfilment partner (Zendrop) and applies as follows:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for:
-Damaged items
-Incorrect items
-Missing items
Evidence Required
To process a refund, the customer must provide:
-Photo or video clearly showing the defective/damaged product
-Order number (starts with #)
-Description of the issue
Once you send this evidence to us, we will submit it to Zendrop for validation.
Zendrop Requirements
Zendrop processes refunds only when:
-The issue is reported within 30 days of delivery
-The payment was made within 90 days of your refund request
-Valid photo/video proof is provided
If evidence is not provided, no refund can be issued.
No Returns
We do not accept physical returns.
Customers keep the product in all cases.
6. SHIPPING ISSUES
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
-Customs processing
-Local postal services
-Natural events or logistical disruptions
However, if a package is lost, we will work with Zendrop to issue a replacement or refund based on their approval.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alevioo shall not be liable for:
-Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-Loss of use, profits, or data
-Issues arising from third-party carriers or suppliers
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, where the business operations are managed, regardless of where the customer is located (including the USA).
Any disputes must be resolved in Indian courts.
9. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
We are not liable for unauthorized use of your account.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
