At Alevioo, we want you to love how you sit. That's why every order is backed by our 30-Night Comfort Guarantee.

The 30-Night Comfort Guarantee

Try your Alevioo cushion for up to 30 days. If it doesn't make your sitting more comfortable, email us for a full refund of the product price.

In most cases you won't even need to send it back — keep it, donate it, or pass it to someone who needs it.

No return-shipping hoops, no restocking fees, no runaround.

How to request a refund

• Email shopalevioo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

• Include your order number (starts with "#") and a quick note on what didn't work for you.

• We'll process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email a photo to shopalevioo@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — your choice.

A few fair limits

• The guarantee covers the product price (original shipping, if any, isn't refunded).

• One guarantee refund per customer.

• Requests made after 30 days of delivery fall outside the guarantee window.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to stop it before it ships.

Once shipped, an order can't be recalled, but your 30-Night Comfort Guarantee still has you covered.
