Refund policy

At Alevioo, our goal is to ensure every customer enjoys a safe, reliable, and positive experience.
Since our orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner Zendrop, our refund process follows Zendrop’s official guidelines.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Returns Accepted

We currently do not accept physical returns.

Due to international logistics and Zendrop’s policies, products cannot be sent back to us.
Instead, we offer refunds or replacements if valid evidence is provided for eligible cases.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in the following situations:

✔ Damaged items

✔ Defective products

✔ Wrong product received

✔ Missing items

✔ Delivery delay beyond Zendrop’s official timeframe (45 days US / 60 days international)

Refunds are NOT provided for:

-Change of mind

-Ordering the wrong item

-Minor aesthetic differences

-Disliking the product

-Issues reported after the allowed time window


3. Mandatory Evidence (Required by Zendrop)

To request a refund, the customer must provide:

✔ Clear photo or video of the damaged / wrong / defective product

✔ Photo of packaging (if applicable)

Order number (starts with “#”)

Screenshot of the refund you processed in Shopify (Zendrop requires this to confirm your refund attempt)

Send all required evidence to:

Without the above evidence, Zendrop will not process a refund request.


4. Refund Request Timeframes

To qualify for a refund:

-Issues with products (damaged, defective, wrong, missing) must be reported within 30 days of delivery

-The original order payment must be within 90 days

-Delivery delays qualify if:

     -US orders exceed 15 days with no update


5. How the Refund Process Works

Step 1 — Customer submits claim to Alevioo

Customer sends photos/videos + order number to shopalevioo@gmail.com.

Step 2 — Alevioo verifies evidence

We confirm the request is valid.

Step 3 — Alevioo forwards evidence to Zendrop

We send all required evidence to Zendrop’s support team.

Step 4 — Zendrop reviews & approves

If Zendrop confirms the issue, they will approve a:

-Full refund, or

-Free reshipment

(depending on availability and the customer’s preference)

Step 5 — Refund is processed

Refunds go to the original payment method.
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.


6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped yet.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


7. Important Notes

-We do not accept return shipments

-All refunds must follow Zendrop’s evidence and timeline requirements

-Claims missing evidence cannot be approved

-Refund requests after 90 days cannot be processed
