Thank you for shopping with Alevioo. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered within the United States.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

After you place your order, our fulfilment team begins processing it.

Processing Time:

This includes order verification, quality check, and preparing the product for shipment from our supplier in China.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. SHIPPING TIMES (USA ONLY)

We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping times may vary due to factors such as:

3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

-AΒ tracking number

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to reflect movement.


4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Please ensure your address is complete and correct before placing an order.

If an incorrect address is provided:

-We cannot modify it once the order is processed

-We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages

-No refunds will be issued for orders shipped to the wrong address entered by the customer


5. LOST OR STALLED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period:

A replacement or refund may be issued only if approved by our supplier after reviewing the case.


6. CUSTOM FEES & TAXES

Since we ship exclusively within the United States, no international duties or taxes apply.
Any state-level taxes (if applicable) are shown at checkout.


7. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
We may run occasional free-shipping promotions.


8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, if your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
You will receive tracking information for each parcel.


9. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Once a package is marked β€œDelivered” by the carrier:

-The order is considered fulfilled

-We are not responsible for theft after delivery

-Lost packages after the carrier marks as delivered are not eligible for refunds

Please check with neighbours, building staff, or your local carrier if you cannot locate your package.
