4. Refund & Damage Claims Contact Process

To request a refund for damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers must:

2. Include clear photo/video evidence

3. Submit the request within 30 days of delivery

Once evidence is reviewed, we notify our fulfillment partner (Zendrop). Refunds are processed only after Zendrop validates the claim.


5. No Phone Support

We currently do not provide phone-based support.

All customer service is handled through email only to ensure fast and accurate handling.


6. Security of Communication
